Adjustment of Status through Marriage

If you received a conditional Green Card through marriage, you must apply to remove the conditions 90 days before it expires. This process converts your temporary Green Card into a permanent one. We assist you in preparing Form I-751.

Basic Eligibility Requirements:

Physical presence in the U.S. You must be physically present in the United States at the time of application.
Have received a conditional green card through marriage to a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident.
Valid and bona fide relationship Providing evidence that your marriage is genuine and ongoing (or that it was entered into in good faith, even if divorced or widowed).
File Form I-751 within the 90-day period before your conditional green card expires.
